Data we use

ExitReceipt stores public business labels, one service label and end date, four vendor statements, four buyer reviews, timestamps, hashed role capabilities, the verified entitlement identifier, and a receipt digest. Stripe handles payment data.

Data that is not permitted

Do not enter personal names or contacts, passwords, API keys, access tokens, customer or employee records, contract text, payment details, confidential files, or evidence uploads.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate ExitReceipt, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

The purchased workspace and finalized receipt are retained for delivery and recovery, record integrity, security and troubleshooting, payment disputes, and legal obligations. No self-service deletion or configurable retention period is currently provided.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate ExitReceipt, or when required by law.
