Service

ExitReceipt records what the buyer and vendor state and accept. It does not inspect systems, verify deletion or revocation, certify compliance, amend a contract, settle payment, or replace legal, privacy, security, tax, or procurement review.

One-time purchase

ExitReceipt costs $20.00 for the product access described on this page. This is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Purchase cancellation

ExitReceipt is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal. A completed purchase cannot be canceled; delivery-failure refund terms apply.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited to delivery failure. Retry the exact Checkout return link once; if the same paid workspace still cannot be opened, request support within 14 calendar days. Refunds are not based on vendor statements, the closeout result, or business outcomes. Refunds required by law remain available.

User responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for following ExitReceipt's product instructions, sharing access only with intended participants, and keeping all prohibited data out of the product.

Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Any tax collected will be shown at Checkout. Stripe may support payment administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
